We believe that every individual deserves an opportunity to live a stable, safe, and healthy community life. Brighter Tomorrow Service Coordination increases opportunities, independence, and self-sufficiency for aging populations and people with disabilities.
We help individuals gain greater independence and opportunities for active lifestyles in the community, while also having support and companionship of someone who cares for them at home. Guided by their wishes, interests, and needs, our team works closely with individuals and their families to arrange living situations that truly feel home.

In the state of Pennsylvania, we serve the follow counties:
Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland,
Snyder, Tioga, Union, Adams, Cumberland Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton,
Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, York.
Our Mission
At Brighter Tomorrow Service Coordination we believe that everyone has a gift to give, and just as a seed can grow in the right environment, we take pride in working with our individuals to find the right environment for them to grow and succeed. We work to support individuals with disabilities and aging populations by coordinating services to help them reach their goals.
Our mission is to provide people with disabilities and aging populations with opportunities to achieve goals and to fully integrate into their communities. Brighter Tomorrow encourages socialization, relationship building, independence, recreational activities, and community-based services.
Support Services include, but not limited to:
- 24 hour support
- Maintaining individual’s eligibility for waiver services.
- Developing Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- Resource navigation
- Person-centered planning and personal care assistance
- Medical and health oversight
- Community integration and referrals
- Support coordination
- Home modifications
- Personal emergency response system
Our individuals’ physical and mental health treatments are core to our services.
