Brighter Tomorrow is led by a dedicated group of experienced leaders from the field with a passion for helping others. We do not do different things but we do things differently! Our leadership has a passion for both working with individuals with disabilities and helping aging populations to be more productive and self-sufficient. We hold extensive experience in the areas of behavioral health, working with aging populations and promoting cultural competence. We truly believe in giving back to the communities we live in!

What waivers do we accept?
Brighter Tomorrow Service Coordination accepts the following waivers:
- Aging Waiver: This waiver is available to Pennsylvanians aged 60 and over with the goalto enable participants to live in their homes and communities with approved support and services.
- Attendant Care Waiver: This program is designed for individuals with disabilities thataimsto support eligible individuals in selecting and supervising attendant care workers, managing financial affairs, and arranging legal affairs.
- COMMCARE Waiver: This waiver program provides services to adults with Traumatic Brain Injuries who are Medicaid eligible. It enables participants to live in the best integrated community setting based on their individual service needs; helps to exercise meaningful choices; and supports participants to obtain the quality services necessary to live independently in their homes and community.
- Independence Waiver: This waiver program focuses on providing an array of home and community-based services to people with physical disabilities aged 18 and over who meet programmatic eligibility requirements.
- OBRA Waiver: This waiver program provides home and community-based services to individuals 18 and over with physical disabilities to live more independently in their homes and communities.
Support Services
Brighter Tomorrow provides a range of high quality individualized service coordination and case management supports to maximize individuals’ dignity and quality of life. Our professionally trained Service Coordinators assess individuals’ care to ensure dignity, respect, independence, stability, safety, health, and welfare. Our Service Coordinators closely work with participants and families, helping them to stay connected in their communities linking them to available resources. Brighter Tomorrow ensuresthat needs of the participant are being met through the services identified on the Individual Service Plan. We provide assistance in coordinating personal care, home support, transportation, accessible adaptations, equipment needs, medical, social, and much more.
Support Services include, but not limited to:
- 24 hour support
- Maintaining individual’s eligibility for waiver services.
- Developing Individual Service Plan (ISP)
- Resource navigation
- Person-centered planning and personal care assistance
- Medical and health oversight
- Community integration and referrals
- Support coordination
- Home modifications
- Personal emergency response systems
These services are offered through Pennsylvania waiver programs to support participants in gaining access to community resources, including medical, social and educational services, regardless of their funding sources in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.
